Logistics Coordinator
For our parent company, Netraco Group, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator! Netraco Group is an international private-label fashion company. From our headquarters in Amsterdam’s Houthavens district, we develop and produce collections for international retailers and our own brands.
What will you do?
As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire logistics process of Netraco Group and its subsidiaries: from placing orders with suppliers to delivering them to customers. You will work daily with suppliers, customers, cargo agents, and colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinating the entire logistics process, from the country of production to the customer;
- Monitoring delivery times (HOD, ETD, and ETA);
- Scheduling and following up on product shipments;
- Maintaining contact with suppliers, customers, and cargo agents;
- Working closely with internal departments, including Production;
- Managing purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries;
- Handling administrative processing, such as order processing and invoicing;
- Contributing ideas for improving and optimizing logistics processes.
Who are you?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- You have higher professional education-level working and thinking abilities;
- You have experience with an ERP system (preferably IT’s Perfect);
- You work in a structured and accurate manner and can easily maintain an overview;
- You are proactive, stress-resistant, and able to set priorities;
- You communicate easily with various internal and external parties;
- You have excellent command of Dutch and English;
- You are available to work full-time.
