How do I place an order? How do I order online? 

You can order online from IBANA 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even if you are not yet a customer. If you want to order an item, follow these steps: 

Step 1: Fill your shopping cart. When you have found an item you like, choose the desired color and size. Once you have selected these, add the item to your personal shopping cart. You can now click on Add to cart. Items in the shopping cart can still be changed or removed. Are you satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart? Then you are ready to place your order. 

Step 2: Confirm your order. After clicking the ‘shopping cart’ button, you will see an overview of your order. Here, you can still adjust your order or add a discount code. Is all the information correct? Then you can continue. To process your order, we ask you to enter some personal information so that we know where to deliver your order. Do you already have an account? Simply log in with your email address and password. 

Step 3: Payment. You will now be taken to the payment page. Here, you can enter your details. If the billing address differs from the delivery address, you can uncheck the box ‘’my billing address is the same as the delivery address’. You can then enter the delivery address below the billing address. In the next column, the free delivery method within the Netherlands is selected automatically. There are various payment methods. You can select the payment method of your choice. You can leave comments if you consider this necessary. In the right-hand column, you will see the contents of your shopping cart again. Does it still meet your requirements, and do you agree to our terms and conditions? Then you can confirm your order. Click ‘order now’ to proceed with payment for your order using your preferred payment method. If the payment is successful, you will immediately receive confirmation by email. Once we have registered your payment, we aim to deliver your item(s) within 4 working days. We hope you enjoy your item very much. 

Please note: you must be 16 or older to place an order on IBANA.nl. 

How can I find the right size? 
Are you unsure about the right size? Use our size guide for assistance. A size guide has been added for all our items. You can find this size guide on the product page under the heading size advice. There is also size advice at the bottom of the page under the heading ‘customer service’. We will advise you on which size suits you best. 

Where can I find the product information? 
All information about the product can be found in the product description and below the item. The text is carefully compiled and provides a complete picture of the product. 

My discount code does not work. What should I do? 
If your discount code does not work, check the following points: Is the discount code still valid? Is the discount code you are using valid for the items in your shopping cart? Is the discount code entered correctly? Did you enter the discount code in the right place? If you have checked everything and it still does not work, contact our customer service at webshop@ibana.nl or call us on +31 (0)20 240 42 28 

Can I change my address details? 
Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change your address details. Can I change/cancel my order? Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order.
