How does the IBANA Members Club work?

The IBANA Members Club is our loyalty program that lets you earn points toward exclusive rewards.

For every €1 you spend, you receive 1 point. You can redeem these points for vouchers, gifts, and other great rewards.

You can also earn points by, for example:

  • Creating an account
  • Following us on social media
  • Celebrating your birthday with us

As a member, you also enjoy exclusive benefits, such as early access to new collections, launches, and special promotions.

How do I sign up for the IBANA Members Club?

Signing up is free and easy. Create an IBANA account and you’ll automatically become a member of the IBANA Members Club.

Already have an IBANA account or subscribed to our newsletter? Then you’re automatically enrolled in the loyalty program.
Earn and redeem

How do I earn points?

You automatically earn points when you are logged in to your IBANA account.

  • Spend €1 = 1 point
  • So, an order of €200 earns 200 points.

You can also earn points through special promotions, such as creating an account, celebrating your birthday, or following our social media channels.

Do I need an account to earn points?

Yes. You only earn points when you are logged in to your IBANA account while placing your order.

Can I still receive points for an order afterward?

No. Your points are awarded automatically only when you are logged in to your IBANA account during checkout.

How do I redeem my points?

Go to the page with all available rewards and choose the reward you want to redeem. Once you have enough points, you can easily redeem it.

Can I combine my points with other discount codes or promotions?

No. Loyalty points cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers unless otherwise stated.

When will my points be added?

Points are added automatically after your order has been processed. This usually happens within a few minutes, but in some cases it may take several hours.

Can I transfer my accumulated points to someone else?

No. Points are personal and cannot be transferred to another account.

What happens to my points if I return an item?

When you return (part of) your order, the points you received for these items will automatically be deducted from your points balance.
Problem-solving

Why didn’t I receive points for my purchase?

First check whether:

  • you were logged in to your IBANA account during checkout;
  • you checked out as a guest.

In addition, you will not receive points when:

  • your order is (partially) returned;
  • your order is canceled.

Points earned on returned items will automatically be deducted from your points balance again.

My points haven’t been added to my account yet. What can I do?

It may take a while for your points to appear.

Still don’t see any points after a few hours?

  • Refresh the page.
  • Log out of your account and log back in.
